The Brief
FTA Coffee sought our expertise to manage its social media presence, aiming to create a consistent online community and maintain social connections with its partners and clients.
They also asked us about sprucing up their website. It’s not a huge piece of their marketing puzzle so they didn’t need a full redesign and build — just a quick touch-up to ensure it’s friendly for both Google and their visitors.
The Work
Over 8 months and counting, we have enhanced FTA Coffee's social media presence with curated graphics, still images, and video content at their office and occasional events they hosted. This effort has resulted in a 30% increase in overall reach and a 50% boost in account engagement.
On the website front, they had serious performance issues. It was taking mobile users up to 13 SECONDS to load — most people would give up after 5. In just a week, we had even their slowest users loading in under 3 seconds. Then we redesigned their navigation to help Google understand their site better and help customers find what they’re looking for quickly and easily.
